The
American Royal has limited
space in Parking Lot Afor RV
campers. The RV spots offer
30 amp electrical and water
(no sewer) - and are available
on a first come/first serve
pre-registration basis.

Cost is $50 per night - paid in advance by credit card. Your tow
vehicle or additional cars or motorcycles will be charged the normal parking
rate for Lot A of $5 per vehicle per day. Parking fees are collected each time
you enter Lot A. No in-and-out parking passes available.
Re-entry is not allowed into the festival.
Check-in is available daily after 11am; you have until 10am on the day of your
departure to vacate your spot. Reserved spaces not occupied by 6pm daily
will be forfeited, unless "late arrival" arrangements have been made.
Forfeited reservations cannot be refunded.
Call 816-569-4023 to reserve and pay for your space. Indicate the length
of your RV, and which nights you will be staying (Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
Sunday - June 19, 20, 21, 22). An official permit with your space assignment
will be held for you at the main entrance to Lot A. The permit will be dated and
is good for the length of your stay.

rules:
1) Quiet hours are from 1 am - 7 am. Please refrain
from loud music; loud conversation, etc. during these overnight hours.
2) No black water dumping is allowed. Anyone dumping
black water will be removed from the RV camping area, with no refund of fees.
3) You must leave all trash in the trash barrels
provided throughout the RV camping area.
4) Outdoor gas or charcoal grilling is allowed;
no open flame fire pits.
5) Pets are welcome in the RV area. Please keep
outdoor pets on a leash. Immediate clean-up of all pet waste is required.
By registering and paying for your spot, you and everyone traveling with you
agrees to comply with these rules |
